THE PURPOSE FOR THE LAW DEFINED

‘Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.’ – Romans 3 vs 19

Hello Beloved, this is a short teaching to expose to your mind the reason why the Law was given to the children of God through Moses.

Briefly, from our opening scripture, we straightly get it. It says, ‘that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.’ You see? The law was given so that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. What does this mean? It simply means that the Law was given by God to men, not because man could keep them, no, but the Law came so as to reveal the weakness of man, thereby advancing the relevance of the Savior who should come into the world and that is Jesus Christ. Glory!!

So you see? God had it all planned out right from the beginning. He didn’t give the Laws because they could save, no. But He gave the Laws so that it might be obvious before man that he needs a Savior. What a plan. This means there is no need for guilt in your heart because of that sin you committed. Why? Because this has made it obvious that my sins your sins were the very reasons for the Law, to reveal them. Note this, if GOD says that the Law came to reveal man's sinfulness before HIM, if you sin, recognize that that's simply the fulfillment of the word of God which is ever true. AMEN. No need for guilt. – Selah

‘Is the law then against the promise of God? God forbid:  for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.’ – Galatians 3 vs 21 {KJV}

FOR  IF THERE HAD BEEN A LAW GIVEN WHICH COULD HAVE GIVEN LIFE

You see that again. So we see by that statement that God didn’t give the Law because it could give life, no, but that it may make all men guilty and set their weaknesses before their own eyes, thereby positioning their hearts in expectation for a Savior of whom is Jesus Christ and no other. O Hallelujah!

So now that you have seen and believed in the Savior, keep believing that HE has taken all your sins away once and forever according to Hebrews 10 vs 14 and Hebrews 10 vs 10. Keep believing, and believing on HIM as such will transform your entire life inside-out. O I’m Excited.

From these we see that the Law came to set our hearts ready for our savior, that must mean the Law was God's plan to establish Peace in the hearts of all them that believe on Jesus Christ the Savior. - Selah

God Bless You.
