ACKNOWLEDGEMENT POWER

'That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.' - Philemon 1 vs 6

Hello beloved, I bring you God's word today, which the Lord specially dropped in my heart in the early hours of the day in prayers. God Bless You.

So many Christians struggle with guilt, so many Christians struggle with sicknesses, so many Christians struggle with diseases, so many Christians struggle with pains in their body, and all these amazes the Lord. I must tell you what is the mind of the Lord, He is amazed!

'Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.' - Isaiah 5 vs 13 {KJV}

You see it? Ignorance of what has been said and done had always been the problem with God's people, and it's still so today.

Now, what is Acknowledgement? What does it mean to acknowledge something? The English Dictionary puts it like this, to recognise as a fact or truth, to admit. While I was praying, the Lord clearly spoke to my heart, He said, acknowledgement is a power!

From our opening scripture, we are informed that the communication (manifestation, sharing, fruitfulness) of our faith is only effectual (productive) by the acknowledgement (recognition) of those things which are ours in Christ Jesus.

Child of God, in Christ Jesus, there is forgiveness of sins. Therefore, God wants you to acknowledge that your sins have been forgiven and you are no longer guilty of that action! In Christ, ye are healed. Therefore, God wants you to acknowledge (Recognise as fact and reality) that your pains are gone, your sicknesses are over, and your diseases are blotted out. You have to understand that believing and acknowledgement are not the same things.

What is believing? What does it means to believe? To believe simply means to accept something as true without any literal evidence. This is the English Dictionary cut out of the meaning of believe;

1. (transitive) To think something is true without having proof or empirical evidence.
2. (transitive) To accept that someone is telling the truth.
3. (transitive) To accept as true.
4. (intransitive) To have religious faith; to believe in a greater truth.
5. (transitive) To consider likely.

You see it? That's why our salvation does not come from mere believing, but acknowledging that Jesus died for our sins in truth. Salvation comes from faith not mere believing. And acknowledgement is faith.   On the other hand, what is acknowledgement? Like I defined above, acknowledgement is recognizing something as fact or truth. You see? So one sharp difference between believing and acknowledgement is that believing merely accepts the truth, but acknowledgement recognizes the truth as fact.

Many Christians today are still operating in the realm of believing, and they wonder why the scriptures are not practical in their lives. To see that cancer go out from your body through the power of Jesus, you must recognize this as fact, that cancer was judged in Jesus' body on the cross, and not just merely believing it. Don't believe the words of the Lord, acknowledge them! I say this confidently.

Do you want to see your heart free from guilt of sin? Acknowledge that you have been purged and forgiven because you have asked God for mercy, therefore, you are no longer guilty! You don't believe your dad is your Dad, no! You know your dad is your Dad! You are not trying to believe your mum is your mum, no! You know, the knowledge of her been your mum is in you, it's in your blood, you just know your mum, it's not a belief, it's a fact. You are not trying to believe your name is what it is, you know your name, it's not a belief, it is a fact! That's exactly what the Lord is saying to you, until God's word has become so to you, you may never experience the practicality of God's word in your life. - Selah

God Bless You.
