PUBLISH THE GOSPEL
'The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.' - Psalms 68 vs 11
Hello beloved, as I talked to the Lord in prayer, discussing with Him on the spread of the Gospel, He brought that word into my heart. The Lord gave the word, and great was the company that published it.
Brothers and Sisters, the Lord was throwing emphasis to that word 'published' as used in that scripture. The Lord wants us to begin to publish His word, He wants us to publish the Gospel. What does the word 'publish' mean? To publish means to announce through a medium. There are many mediums in our world through which people can be reached.
We are in the age of technology where you may not need to meet someone in person before he can be reached, because we now have the telecommunication mediums, the satellite mediums, the television mediums, the internet mediums and so forth. Hence, through any medium available to us at our individual levels, the Lord is saying 'ANNOUNCE'! Announce Me, Announce My Salvation saith the Spirit of the Lord unto you.
You may currently not have access to use the satellite, or the television, but you currently are accessible to the internet, what do you therefore do with the internet? When you come online to browse, maybe to check your social networks (facebook, twitter, instagram, GooglePlus, e.t.c), do you share something about Jesus? Do you announce His saving Grace? Or you have become so social?
My Dear, hear the word of the Lord today, publish the Gospel! Maybe you work in a printing press, you can print out jotters having the salvation message of Our Lord Jesus Christ printed on the cover of the jotters, you could pay to publish the Gospel of our Lord Jesus on a newspaper space. Make up your mind to become relevant in Global Evangelism.
