SEEK IT OR OBTAIN IT

'What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded' - Romans 11 vs 7

Hello Dearly Beloved in the LORD Jesus Christ. How are you? I trust the LORD is very good to you and gracious. Be Blessed by this and be lifted. AMEN.

Our opening scripture states that Israel could not obtain what they sought after, but the election hath obtained it. What does that mean? Who are the election he's talking about? It's us who have believed, God's elects. He says that we have obtained what Israel sought after and were unable to find. This is thoughtful. - Selah

Now if you read the entire chapter, you'll find out that he was speaking of Righteousness. Israel by the works of the Law which Moses handed over them, sought after Righteousness, but all to no avail. But we, we freely obtained this Righteousness which they sought after by the obedience to grievous laws by the sacrifice and works of Jesus Christ on the Cross. They of works got it not, we by Grace received it all. - Selah

Everyday, as you let the knowledge of this Grace go through your entire mind, you are changed into HIS perfect desire for your life. The effect of Grace is Righteousness and Peace. - Selah. Never catch yourself ensuring you please God. No! Don't seek what you got! God is well pleased with you in Christ Jesus. The good works that comes out of our lives aren't the reason God is pleased with us. God is pleased with us because HE is fully pleased with Christ in that JESUS paid the full requirement the Law demanded for our Righteousness. Any you know what? HE Paid completely! {Past, Present, and Future}. He made a forever payment for our sins. {Hebrews 10 vs 14}. Hallelujah!

By Believing in Jesus, you have obtained all these. Glory! How can you know this and not glorify God with your life all the days of your life? - Selah

Don't seek it, Obtain it! Just Believe...

God Bless You.
